| We know the hand of
evil has touched you this very day No sacredness for the beauty of life when evil imposes its way You're not dependent on life support yet die they want that you'll do Your parents Love you dearly but no more can they do for you Assigned now to the death penalty though you're not terminally ill Who has sinister reasons for wanting that you be still? Who deprived you of medical care Who stopped you from going outside Who did all these things to you And who has something to hide? The courts have made a decision that you must surely die They've removed food and hydration and have bid you a chilling goodbye Society abandons you too in this your final hours This evil act is murder no doubt! in its shadow most everyone cowers It'll take days or weeks to die starvation's a painful death Finality will be torturously slow 'till you take your final breath Farewell dear Terri Schiavo in our hearts you'll remain alive Your awesome fight, your will to live despite those who dared to contrive. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Note: |
